The event takes place in venues with easy access to food options. You will have plenty of time to eat during scheduled breaks. We also recommend bringing water and light snacks. 

Children under 13 are not allowed to attend. Attendees aged 13 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian over 18 years old. For safety and comfort reasons, infants and toddlers are not permitted in the auditorium due to high sound levels and the intensity of the experience.

You are welcome to attend on the days and times you can, entering and leaving the immersion as needed. However, please note that missed content cannot be made up. For the full experience and optimal results, we strongly recommend attending the entire immersion. 

Yes! The entire event will feature live simultaneous interpretation in English. Translation headsets will be provided so you can follow all lectures, exercises, and content seamlessly in real time.
